We are headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. Our inspectors are located in Minnesota. When we travel to a commercial inspection site we charge the Full-Day Rate or the Half-Day Rate depending on the length of travel. Should there be any overnight stay required (multiple-day project) we do calculate hotel fees and meals into the inspection cost.

We require a 50% deposit of the total inspection cost to be paid upfront to secure the inspection date. Please note that up to 50% of the deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs for any reason. The remainder of the payment is due before the inspection report is released.

We do not offer net payment options. We do not offer to defer to closing payment options.
